Designed for riders who want effortless starts without compromising performance, this electric start kit delivers reliable, starts for 85cc motocross bikes. With no engine modification required.

The system features an integrated self-charging lithium battery that automatically recharges while riding and enters sleep mode when fully charged, ensuring virtually zero impact on engine performance. With a total power draw of less than 1%, engine response remains untouched — while low-end torque and throttle control are improved thanks to the optimized flywheel mass.

Cold starts are quick and controlled. Warm starts can be done in gear, ideal for race restarts. The original kick-starter remains fully functional at all times as a backup.

An oil-free gear design reduces extra weight and maintenance. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) protect against over-charge, over-discharge, and short-circuit, ensuring long-term reliability for the battery 

For competitive use, the charging system can be disconnected or fully removed, allowing the battery alone to deliver up to 100 starts, more than enough for a full race day or event.

Installation is fully plug & play, with model-specific video instructions accessible via QR code.

After repeated inquiries, we conducted dyno tests to measure power and torque with the Electric Starter Kit installed, using both a full and empty battery. The results show near-stock performance with no significant power loss, regardless of battery charge level.

Stock Configuration
The bike’s stock setup delivers 19.32 PS peak power and 12.00 N·m torque, providing the baseline performance for comparison.

Starter Kit – Full Battery
With the Electric Starter Kit and a fully charged battery, the bike produces 19.55 PS and 11.79 N·m torque, showing no meaningful power loss

Starter Kit – Empty Battery
With the Electric Starter Kit and an empty battery, output reaches 19.41 PS and 11.71 N·m torque, indicating only minimal performance reduction.
