1. Refund

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@oxgmoto.com within the refund eligibility period.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed without a valid RAN.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Approval Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we allow order cancellations under the following terms:

Eligibility for Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or customized cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. To cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@oxgmoto.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. If your cancellation is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Orders that cannot be canceled due to processing or shipping are subject to our Refund Policy (see above).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • We will offer one of the following solutions:
    • A replacement for the defective item.
    • A store credit for the value of the item.
    • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

4. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
    • Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
    • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame:
    • First, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
    • If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from purchasing on our website, and legal action may be taken if fraud is suspected.

  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
