LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Applies to All Electric Start Kits – 65cc & 85cc Range

OXGMOTO develops and manufactures its electric start systems in-house, maintaining full control over design, production, and quality inspection. Every kit is assembled using carefully selected components and inspected prior to shipment. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to supporting our customers should a manufacturing-related issue arise.

Warranty Coverage

OXGMOTO warrants that the Electric Start Kit is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, OXGMOTO will take appropriate action to resolve the issue fairly, in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. This warranty applies only when the product is installed correctly and used as intended on compatible motorcycle models.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date shown on the original purchase invoice and applies only to products purchased new from OXGMOTO, an authorized dealer, or an authorized distributor.

Who Is Covered

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
The product serial number may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

While we are always willing to assist and advise our customers, this warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or improper installation
  • Failure to follow installation or operating instructions
  • Abuse, neglect, racing incidents, or crash-related damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product
  • Water immersion or corrosion beyond what is considered normal off-road use
  • Normal wear and tear associated with regular use*

*Normal wear items include: starter motor, bendix gear, main gear, all bearings and battery capacity reduction over time.

Battery Warranty Limitation

The integrated lithium battery is covered only against manufacturing defects. As with all lithium-based batteries used in performance applications, gradual loss of capacity due to usage, aging, charging habits, or storage conditions is considered normal and is not covered under this warranty.

Customer Responsibilities & Warranty Claims

To ensure fast and accurate evaluation, customers submitting a warranty claim are required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the reported issue
  • The product serial number

If the product was purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor, all warranty claims must be submitted through the original point of purchase. Customers should contact their dealer directly to initiate the warranty process. Providing complete and clear information allows our technical team to assist efficiently and reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Warranty Remedy

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, OXGMOTO or the authorized dealer, will replace the defective part(s) at no cost. The selection of replacement parts and the method of resolution are determined by OXGMOTO based on technical evaluation. This warranty does not include:

  • Refunds
  • Product upgrades
  • Labor, installation, or removal costs charged by third parties

Shipping Responsibilities

All shipping costs related to warranty claims, including sending parts to OXGMOTO and receiving replacement parts, are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed with OXGMOTO

Limitation of Liability

OXGMOTO’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts as described above. OXGMOTO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of riding time, race entry fees, or associated costs.

Our team is always available to provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and replacement solutions where possible.
