4. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

    • Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
    • Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Filing a claim with the shipping carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
