Our system runs completely dry. Two-stroke engines are not built to have oil on the ignition side.
Adding oil there creates risk, at the same time, any starter system that depends on oil can fail if that oil isn’t there.
We avoid both problems.
The design uses a simple 2-gear setup. The bendix gear engages only when you press the start button, then disengages as soon as the engine fires. While riding, nothing is spinning, nothing is dragging, nothing is wearing. No oil involved.
